Joi Tunes is provided by Socialayf A.S. (“we”) and licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The short terms below add to it.

Apple Music

Joi is a player for your Apple Music library. Playing songs from the Apple Music catalog needs an active Apple Music subscription. Songs you’ve purchased, or added to your iCloud Music Library, play without one. Your use of Apple Music is also covered by Apple’s own terms.

Joi isn’t made by or affiliated with Apple. Apple, Apple Music, and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Music and content

Music, artwork, and lyrics belong to Apple and their rights holders. Joi plays them for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Joi Pro

Some features may require Joi Pro. It’s billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Joi, try to break it, or reverse engineer it.

No warranty

Joi is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always work without errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss that comes from using Joi.

Changes

We may update Joi and these terms. When the terms change, we’ll update the date above. If you keep using Joi, you accept the updated terms.
